Terms and Conditions
Company: Lavish Pressure Washing
By Approving This Estimate Or Allowing Work To Begin, The Client Agrees To The Following Terms.
1. Authorization & Access
The Client authorizes Lavish Pressure Washing to access the property to perform the services listed in this estimate, whether or not the Client is present.
The Client agrees to provide:
• Clear access to all work areas
• A working outdoor water source turned on and accessible
• Notification in advance if the property uses well water or has low pressure
Failure to provide access or water may result in rescheduling or additional fees.
2. Scope Of Work
Only services listed on the approved estimate are included.
Any additional services must be approved by the Client in writing, including approval by text or email, before work is performed.
3. Payment Terms
Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, check, credit card, Venmo
Residential Services: Payment is due immediately upon completion.
Commercial Services: Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.
Late Fees: Residential balances unpaid after 7 days are subject to a 5% late fee per month on the outstanding balance.
Returned Checks: $35 fee applies.
Pristine Exteriors reserves the right to suspend or refuse future services until outstanding balances are paid.
4. Scheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a $50 cancellation fee.
Weather-related reschedules do not incur fees.
Failure to provide access at the scheduled time may result in a re-dispatch or trip fee.
5. Client Responsibilities & Safety
The Client agrees to:
• Secure all pets indoors or away from work areas
• Keep occupants out of work areas during service
• Remove vehicles, furniture, and personal items from work zones
Lavish Pressure Washing is not responsible for damage caused by unsecured items or restricted access.
6. Cleaning Risks & Results
Exterior cleaning may reveal pre-existing damage or conditions previously hidden by dirt, mold, or organic growth.
Results vary based on surface age, material condition, oxidation, and prior maintenance. Complete stain removal is not guaranteed.
7. Chemical Use & Surface Acknowledgment
Industry-standard cleaning solutions are used according to manufacturer guidelines.
Some surfaces may experience discoloration, oxidation visibility, or sensitivity to cleaning solutions. The Client must disclose known surface concerns prior to service.
8. Liability & Insurance
Lavish Pressure Washing carries liability insurance for accidental damage caused by negligence.
To the extent permitted under New Jersey law, the Service Provider’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Lavish Pressure Washing is not responsible for:
• Pre-existing damage
• Improper prior repairs
• Aged, brittle, or failing materials
• Hidden defects or water intrusion caused by poor installation or maintenance
Lavish Pressure Washing will make reasonable efforts to pre-wet, dilute, and control runoff during the cleaning process. However, the Company is not responsible for staining, chemical exposure, or damage resulting from unknown or undisclosed drainage paths, underground downspouts, landscaping, or other property features. The Client is responsible for identifying and notifying the Company of any drainage systems, discharge locations, or special conditions that may be affected prior to service.
9. Warranty & Satisfaction
If the Client is dissatisfied, Lavish Pressure Washing will make reasonable efforts to address concerns.
Roof cleaning includes a 30-day reapplication warranty for the same conditions originally treated. Environmental factors may affect results.
10. Water Runoff & Environmental Conditions
Water and cleaning solution runoff may occur. The Client is responsible for compliance with any local water use or drainage regulations. Lavish Pressure Washing is not responsible for the effects of runoff entering unknown or undisclosed drainage systems.
11. Media Release
The Client grants permission for photos and videos taken during service to be used for documentation and marketing purposes. Identifying details such as house numbers will not be shown publicly without approval.
12. Damage Reporting
Any claims or concerns must be reported within 72 hours of service completion. Failure to report within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the work.
13. Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by Virginia law.
Disputes shall first be addressed through mediation. If unresolved, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the county where the property is located.
14. Acceptance
Approval of this estimate, electronic acceptance, signature, or payment authorizes Lavish Pressure Washing t perform the work under these terms.
